Application Hours:

We are accepting applications between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM daily.

Documents Needed to Apply:

Please bring the following with you when applying:

• $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant (Money Order Only)

• Driver’s License/State ID for each person over 18

• Social Security Card(s) for each person in the household

• Birth Certificate for each person in the household

• Proof of income (Pensions, VA, Social Security, Disability, etc.)

• Current bank statement (checking and savings)

• Most current and two consecutive check stubs
